You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of AquaPoloAI without explicit written permission. You may not use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality or interfere with other users.

Training and Coaching Information

AquaPoloAI provides AI-generated analysis, feedback, and training suggestions based on the content you upload. This information is intended to support your development and is provided for informational purposes.

The app is not a substitute for professional coaching, medical advice, or qualified instruction. Always use good judgment when applying any feedback, and consult qualified professionals when appropriate.

Accounts and App Store Purchases

AquaPoloAI is distributed through the Apple App Store. Any purchases, subscriptions, or in-app transactions are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. AquaPoloAI is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

Feedback and Support

If you submit feedback, bug reports, or other communications through AquaPoloAI, you grant us the right to use that information to improve the app and our services. We will not use your personal information in ways inconsistent with our Privacy Policy.
